We are a small, independent UK business — the same people behind Sky, That Night. There is no call centre and no outsourced support desk: the people who make the charts answer the email.
Every order runs through our own astronomy code. It computes the Sun, the Moon and eight planets from an ephemeris checked against NASA JPL Horizons — the planets to within a tenth of a degree — finds the rising sign for the minute and place you give us, and draws the angles between the planets as petals. Behind the chart it places the real night sky over your birthplace: every star down to magnitude 6.4 that stood above the horizon. Family constellations are drawn the same way, from real star positions, with each constellation's brightest star named.
Each piece is printed to order in the UK or US as a giclée on 200 gsm fine-art paper, then shipped rolled or framed by hand in a gallery classic frame. Before anything is printed we email you the exact file, and orders are typically dispatched within 3–6 working days.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. Prices on this website are in pounds sterling; delivery to the UK and US is free and already included in the price shown. US cards are charged the dollar equivalent at checkout.
