Will we see the poster before it prints?
Yes — every order. Within 24 hours of your payment we email you the finished file, exactly as it will be printed. If a name, a birthday or a spelling is wrong, reply within 24 hours and we will fix it before anything goes to press. If we hear nothing, your poster goes to print after 24 hours so it still reaches you on time.
How many people can we include?
Two to six — a couple, the children, three generations. Each person needs a first name of up to 24 characters and a birthday; the family name on the poster can be up to 40 characters.
Which constellation will each person get?
The constellation of their zodiac sign, from the familiar calendar dates — Aries from 21 March to 19 April, Taurus from 20 April to 20 May, and so on round the year.
Do you need birth times or places?
No. Each person's constellation comes from their birthday alone, so a first name and a date are all we need.
Is there a written interpretation?
No. Each birthday gives a zodiac sign, and we draw that sign's constellation from real stars, with its brightest star named. Nothing is written about anyone — it is your family, star by star, on one sky.
How long does delivery take?
Your poster is made to order in a fine-art lab in your own country — UK orders in the UK, US orders in the US — and dispatched within 3–6 working days, then delivered by tracked courier. Delivery is free to any UK or US address and already included in the price shown. Prices are in pounds; your final amount and payment currency are shown at checkout.
Can we return a personalised print?
Because each poster is made uniquely for your family, personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind return. But if your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as previewed, we will reprint or refund it in full — that right is never affected.
What sizes and finishes are available?
Three sizes — 30×40, 40×50 and 50×70 cm — as a museum print shipped rolled, or in a gallery classic frame in black, gold or silver. All three poster finishes — Copper night, Midnight and Paper — cost the same.
