We are a small UK business and we answer our own email. Whether it's a question before you order, a detail you want to change, or something that has gone wrong — write to us and a person will read it.

1. Email Us

This is the fastest way to reach us and the address we use for every order. We aim to respond to order and delivery questions within 2 working days, and to formal complaints within 5 working days. We do not operate a telephone line — everything is handled by email, so there is a written record for both of us.

2. Who You Are Buying From

Ortus Atelier is a trading style of SHOPCIENTY LIMITED. The address above is our registered office and our address for correspondence. Please do not send returns there without emailing us first — see below.

3. Before You Order

Every chart is drawn from the details you give us and printed to order in the UK or US. Before printing we email you the exact file; reply within 24 hours with any correction and we will fix it before anything goes to press. If you are unsure about a birth time, a place or a spelling, email us before ordering and we will check it with you.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include free UK and US delivery — see sizes & prices. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–6 working days.

4. A Problem With Your Order

Because each piece is personalised and made to order, it is exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. That never affects your rights when something is wrong: if your print arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or different from the preview we emailed you, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund — return postage on us where a return is needed.
