Standard delivery is free on every UK and US order — no minimum spend, no charge added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Prices are shown in pounds sterling; if you pay from the US, the checkout shows and charges the equivalent in US dollars.
Each chart is computed from astronomical data and printed to order in the UK — nothing is shipped from stock. Before printing, we email you a preview of the exact file and adjust anything you ask. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–6 working days, and a tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves us. Typical delivery after dispatch is 1–3 working days in the UK and 3–6 working days in the US. Delivery times after dispatch are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed — if your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, email us and we’ll chase it.
Every chart is personalised to the exact date, time, place and name you provide. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to a consumer’s specification are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel. Once your order is in production we cannot accept a return or exchange because of a change of mind — so please check every detail on the preview.
You are always fully protected where the fault is ours. If your print arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or different from the preview we emailed you, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund — return postage on us where a return is needed.
If you spot an error in your date, time, place or spelling, reply to the preview email within 24 hours — corrections at that stage are free and unlimited. After 24 hours of silence the chart goes to print as previewed, and a reprint with corrected details is chargeable, though we will always try to be kind about it.
