• Identity data: name, billing/delivery address
• Contact data: email address
• Personalisation data: the birth date, time, place and the name you ask us to print — used solely to compute and produce your chart
• Transaction data: details of products purchased (payment is taken by our processor — we never receive your full card number)
• Technical data: your IP address is processed by our website host as a technical necessity of delivering the page

2. How we use your data & our lawful bases

• Fulfilling your order — performance of a contract
• Replying to enquiries — legitimate interests
• Accounting & tax records — legal obligation
• Marketing emails (only if you opt in) — consent, withdrawable at any time

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the studio: our payment processor, our print & dispatch partner (who receives your name and delivery address to fulfil your order), our email provider, and our website host. Each processes your data under contract and only on our instructions.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years as required by UK tax law. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to help you. Chart files are kept so we can offer reprints, and deleted on request.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

6. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by our payment processor during checkout on its own pages.
