These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ortus Atelier is a trading style of SHOPCIENTY LIMITED and operates this website, www.ortusatelier.com — a sister studio of www.skythatnight.com. Orders placed here are printed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at 20% where applicable
• The total price payable, including delivery, is shown before you confirm your order
• An order constitutes an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline at our discretion
• Order confirmation is sent by email once your order has been accepted

3. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards and popular wallets. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Your chart & the preview

Every chart is computed from the date, time and birthplace you provide, exactly as you provide them. Before anything is printed we email you a preview of the final file. Please check every detail — the spelling of the name, the date, the time, the place. We will happily adjust anything until it is right; once you approve (or after a reasonable quiet period), the chart goes to print as previewed.

5. Personalised goods

Each print is made to order to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. Faulty, damaged or misprinted items are always our responsibility — see Delivery & Returns.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, designs and website content remain the property of SHOPCIENTY LIMITED. Your printed chart is yours to keep and enjoy; the underlying designs may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
